listen.

touch your face. with the most sensitive finger of your receptive hand, reach up and touch your skin at that point mystics call the third eye, that place between and just above your eyebrows. reach up reverently, as if you are not touching yourself, but your lover.

do you feel it? your own skin as gentle as another's?

slide your finger down the line of your face, awaken the nerve endings with the kiss of your own skin against your own skin. close your eyes, make the touch you are giving yourself the only world. follow the rise and curve of your nose, dip into the groove above your mouth, come to a stop on your lower lip.

rest there, where you kiss.

feel your breath push out against your fingertip. feel your pulse in the rhythm of its ebb and tide. feel your life waiting to be tasted.

remember you are body and breath and all of it meant to be shared. remember the miracle of discovering the mysteries of another's body, how it was familiar, how it was strange, how it fit against your own. remember how you were a gift to each other.

we are each of us this miracle.

touch your face.

Hiya Tj!

Ya know, this post kinda makes me blush. I know it shouldn't -it's pure beautiful.. But I think I am a prude? (How upsetting!!) You're post is truly lovely none the less Tj. And you have a gift for words, no question.

So am I reading right that you have yet to find a costume, or are you really not going to dress up? I am terribly disturbed by this! ;p We must All Dress Up! It's like our duty isn't it?? Especially to our neigbor bloggers from over seas.. we have to show them what their missing to *spread the holiday like a disease to other nations! It will work, I promise you!
;p

I wanted to check in with you, how is your sister doing? The last I really read at Mayo's you were having a horrible day! Your sister was going into surgery (emergency yea?) and a new blue was being a monster (although, that particular person didn't seem too particular at all..). I wanted to say something, but by the time I plucked up the courage everyone was gone. Probably better that way! (I really don't make things better sometimes! ;p ) But I wanted to let you know I was thinking of you, and I hope your sister is much better now. That kind of 'out of nowhere' experience is just horrifying. It really takes your breath away in such an unforgetable manner. I hope it doesn't happen again. And I really hope she is well now.

Anyway, I am loosing steam! Help! I hope you are well Tj! Just wanted you to know I was thinking of ya and wishing you well! Loves!!
<333 l/d P.s. -I hope my spelling isn't too bad tonight! ;) loves!

TJ,

I love this entry. You know that I'm all about breath and touch. Hands and air, for some crazy reason, it fascinates me.

I wanted to say thank you so much for stopping by my blog the other day to wish me a Happy Birthday. It really meant a lot to me.

Thank you again.

Hi TJ!

We should remember how lucky we are and enjoy the simple pleasures. This poem is a wonderful way to remind others. :)

I'm having trouble with Will's sonnets. I think thy means your and thine means yours, but thee and thou?

That is the question.

Sorry I am giggling. :D

Take care TJ! And Thanks!

"Amor Vincit Onmia."

I have been in love with that little line since I was 10. I don't actually believe it.. ;p But it is a glorious idea, I think. Just thought someone should throw that one out there for ya as you were lookin'!

I think Julius actually truly said it? Not just words from a sonnet or play (Dispite how much we love them! I won't ramble on and on at you with all the possiblities waiting in those sonnets and plays! But they are there, aren't they!!) Holds a little more glory if that happens to be true. Have you thought about lyrics? I have some, but not in English. You could ask the Mighty Bellatrix to help you translate TO Latin/Italian! I like having a little secret that no one understands. Kinda makes it all the more special. I could, or I could Not -confess my words! ;p Depends on my mood... ha!

Anyway Miss Tj, I wanted to say thank you (it came through!) and I will get back to you properly as soon as I can. I got a little overzealous, as is just I.., and now I am rather paying for it. I have two costumes to finish and one to make entirely. It's just so not gonna happen.. :(

But I wanted to say, in case I don't get another chance before --- that I hope you find the need for a costume too. ;) I really do Tj. Great luck, my fingers are crossed for Seattle. Love to ya!! -l/d
