TJ, wow! You are so talented. I saw a post of yours from earlier today at Mayo's: oh, but i have a question for any and all: i'm curious about the bands on the lineup for this festival i'm thinking about attending. some i've heard of, some i haven't, but i know nothing about how they are live. anybody have any opinions on these?
bad religion, presidents of the usa, atreyu, the faint, everlast, ting tings, the airborne toxic event
Bad Religion is awesome and they are really great live. They just released their 14th album last month. Their sound is punk. Their about me on their myspace introduces them better than my "I love them! Just listen to them!" ever could ^_^
Also, Presidents of the united states of america, are a really underrated band. You probably know of their song 'Peaches,' ♪Moving to the country, gonna eat a lot of peaches...♫ They also did the "Clevend Rocks" theme for the Drew Carey Show. They are amazing with what they can do with a 2-string basitar, a 3 string guitbass and no string drums. They are tons of fun live. ^_^ I love wearing their shirt that has this doodled baby face on it with PUSA underneath, it's quite the conversation starter. "What's a pusa?" ^_^
The other bands I'm not too sure of. I've heard their names, but that's about it. Hoped I helped a little. ^_^
i feel awkward posting anything over at your blog right now, redrum. it's so chaotic. so i'm going to say this here, even though you might not see it.
i just hope that whatever caused you to write that gorgeous and aching post has resolved itself, or at least eased.
the words themselves are magnetic, i find myself going back to re-read them often. whoever inspired those words, i hope they know, i really do, because to have someone feel like that about oneself? it doesn't happen very often.
tell them redrum, if you haven't already. don't keep them in the dark.

Toujours, that is beautiful. You really should consider going professional.
TJ, this is amazing. The detail in the hair is exquisite, and I love the face, and the hands, and oh, sheesh, all of it is what I'm trying to say.
I enjoyed your map the other day as well. =)
Thank you for sharing your talent with us. =)
I agree, she should do it professionally. Very talented that little sister of mind :-)

I'm glad I helped. I'll be seeing Atreyu Tuesday at Project Rev, so I'll tell you what they are like then. ^_^
Lovely. All the little spirals...
You did not, by the way. It does feel like it belongs there, doesn't it? I had a paramnesic moment, too, the other day.
Don't worry. (But thanks for worrying.)
